Sorry I did not get the question posted for last week. Reminder: this Tuesday (9/29) the college
is on a Monday schedule so the next time that our class will meet is Thursday 10/01. For the blog this time, discuss the meaning of a passage (a few words or a few lines or more) that you choose from one of the stories that we discussed this week or last week. Explain why the passage appears important to you for understanding the story as a whole.

Hi everyone,
For this Tuesday post an introductory paragraph using one of the 6 methods of introduction we discussed last class. The paragraph you post should be able to serve as the introductory paragraph for an essay on one of the following topics: explain the significance of a recent cultural experience that you have had, or analyze the causes of a misunderstanding in which two or more people interpreted the same thing in different ways. Take care to articulate your thesis fully in the paragraph. See you on Tuesday!

The comment should describe an example of the use of a particular image and words, and it should explain how the meaning of the one, the words for example, affects or changes the meaning of the other, the image.
